Newly renovated units with a balcony, a great breakfast, for example, and the staff were accommodating.

Everything was really good, though we stayed for 1 night only. Booked double room, that was provided with all amenities. The restaurant was good for dinner. The place was absolutely great, we would love to come back;)))

Friendly cleaning staff made my stay easier.
The front desk service was rude . We had to bring dirty washcloths just to get new ones. The noise levels were unacceptable, with random disturbances from the parking lot and upstairs guests at all hours. To top it off, the room was in terrible shape with multiple issues, like holes in the walls and a barely functioning toilet.

The rooms were newly updated and very comfortable beds. We had a good nights sleep. They had a great breakfast too that included pancakes.

We were in town for a wedding and the hotel did a great job helping our group get on the same floor and near each other. Staff was helpful and we would definitely return.

The hotel had a decent lobby but the
Room we were given was a nightmare. We experienced issues with the door locks and had trouble getting help from the front desk multiple times, which raised serious safety concerns. I would not recommend staying here again.

We enjoyed our nite very vell, both expressing how well we slept for a long time. However, we did note the noisy footsteps upstairs while they were up, and in waking in the am...they awoke us by their walking. Perhaps there is nothing that can be done, except in the future, when the carpets are replaced, a better cushion is installed. We will return and stay in the future, as the cleanliness and overall we rate highly.Probably stay on the top floor. It is nice to earmark a place for a repeat of a good experience. Staff were so helpful. Back door to rear parking lot has too many coats of paint on the edge and sticks, so upon inserting the card, it takes a mammoth effort to pull it out. We couldn't. Even pushing form the inside was difficult. Perhaps it can be planed down. Nothing else can be said in encouragement. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay, strategically located, and refreshing! We used this location as a stepping off place to see the tulips in LaConner. Having a mini breakfast in the am ready is truly a plus!

It was just a smart choice for a rapid stop in Bellingham with fantastic value for money. The parking area was monitored by security cameras, made me feel safer. Keep an eye on your charges to avoid surprises.

Staff was great, beds comfortable breakfast normal fair
Building is old and starting to show it's age, dirty bathroom tile grout and floor tile grout and I could hear the neighbors clearly.

The pool, the pancake maker, and the ease of getting onto the freeway.
Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke.

Meh, not the best!
So we stayed for 2 nights and honestly, it felt pretty basic. The bathroom was in rough shape with patches everywhere, and the HVAC was a no-show. The breakfast was a joke, just some juice in a cup and a cheap muffin. It's in a good spot tho, and the super friendly staff helped a bit. Dog fee was a bit steep real talk.
